Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Solventaq d.o.o. collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors to solventaq.com and of people who contact us using the form. It has been prepared in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Solventaq d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 269F, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 47286319045. Any data protection question can be addressed to info@solventaq.com.
2. What we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address and the content of the message you send. Through cookies and similar technologies — strictly upon your consent — we collect data about how the website is used (statistics, advertising, personalisation). Technical and necessary data are processed for security and proper operation of the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data from the form is used exclusively to reply to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Marketing and analytics cookies are activated only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Retention
Contact form enquiries are stored for up to 24 months from the last communication, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months for security purposes.
5. Transfers and partners
We do not sell your data. We may share it, to a limited extent, with carefully selected service providers (hosting, email, analytics, advertising) acting as processors and only on our instructions. Any transfers outside the EEA, where necessary, are carried out under appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to and port your data. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) in Zagreb.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, restricted access and continuous vulnerability monitoring — to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in regulation. Material changes will be clearly communicated through the website.
